At Kathryn Lee Millinery, we take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted millinery pieces to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each creation is specially packaged to protect its unique shape and delicate details during transit.

Delivered within 1-3 business days to most Australian metro areas

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Please Note: The above timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours, custom and made-to-order millinery pieces may require additional processing time.
Order Processing
We process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment confirmation for in-stock items. For custom and made-to-order pieces, please allow additional time as specified in the product description.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to you.
In-Person Pickup
We offer the option to pick up your purchase directly from our studio in Potts Point, Sydney. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
For custom or made-to-order pieces, we'll contact you with specific pickup timeframes once your item is complete.
International Shipping
We ship our bespoke millinery worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Special Handling
Our millinery creations are carefully packaged in specially designed boxes to protect their shape and delicate embellishments. In some cases, particularly for larger or more elaborate pieces, we may need to use specialized shipping services to ensure safe delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss options and any additional costs.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with basic insurance coverage. For high-value pieces, we recommend selecting additional insurance at checkout for comprehensive protection during transit.
